Screen resolutions

When you create and launch a profile in Multilogin, the screen resolution might not match your device. This happens because the system automatically sets the resolution based on popular settings from real users. If the profile's resolution is smaller than your screen, you won’t be able to enlarge the browser window once it opens.
Here’s a simple fix: check your device's screen resolution in your system settings, then follow the instructions below.
Multilogin X
- Stop the profile in question
- Go to you profile settings and select “Advanced” → “Screen resolution” → “Custom”
- Select the screen resolution that matches yours
- Click “Update profile” and launch it again
Check out this page for more tips on selecting the best fingerprints.
Multilogin 6
- Stop the profile in question
- Go to you profile settings and select “Advanced” → “Navigator”
- Select the screen resolution that matches yours
- Click “Update profile” and launch it again
You can also pre-define a screen resolution range for all your new profiles. Check this article to learn how.
