What is Active session lock?
Active session lock prevents users from accessing the same profiles if they are already running. It is available in our Team, Scale and Custom plans. To find it, click on the profile name in the list and scroll down the Quick edit sidebar or navigate to the "Other" section in profile settings.
You need to disable Active session lock on all profiles before downgrading your plan to Solo.
